THE FARMER'S STORY
Ngacha Coffee Estate is a family-owned and operated farm located in the heart of Kenya's coffee growing region, Kirinyaga County. The farm is 11acres in total and has been in operation for over 60years and has a rich history of producing high-quality coffee beans.
Ngacha Coffee Estate was started in 1954 and its first 9 bushes were planted in 1958 by the founder, John Muriuki Ngacha. His son, Martin Muriuki took over the farm in 2019 and he has since taken up new and forward thinking ideas of processing coffee within the farm at the same time improve the lives of the local community.

In 2023, the farm had 18 processes that they were experimenting on, to offer clients a unique bean. They are truly a revolution in Kenya on how coffee is handled.
